Since becoming CEO in 2017, Susan has focussed on developing market-leading financial technology. Skilled in directing, stakeholder management and change management, Susan has spent many years working in the financial sector, with specific experience in debt management and collections.


Jill Sparks
Payment Services Director
Jill oversees the development of client accounts, their payment departments and associated systems. As part of this, she manages and develops underwriting policies and processes, whilst working alongside programming and business analysis teams to deliver new products across the financial services sector.
Richard Healey
Product Development Director
Richard is a software specialist with a proven track record of combining strategic vision, customer focus and commerciality. He’s a key driver towards achieving our business objectives by reviewing them periodically through analysis, analytics, customer insights and measurement of KPIs.

Andrew Alder
Director of Development & Partnerships
Andrew has more than 15 years’ experience of working across the debt advice, collections and lending industries. He joins Paylink from national debt advice provider, PayPlan, where he was instrumental in developing its creditor support proposition on funding – and integrating our sister company, PayPlan’s, service into creditors’ contact centres and digital journeys.

Mike Lynn-Jones
People Director
Mike has a successful track record across multiple sectors, including multi-site European operations and regulated organisations, employing between 1,000 and 30,000 colleagues. He has a strong strategic background working with organisations to deliver significant growth, performance improvement, critical transformation programmes, key organisational development strategies and the successful integration of acquired businesses.

Dale Stringer
Compliance Director
Dale works closely with senior management to ensure customer outcomes remain at the absolute heart of everything we do. He ensures compliance requirements and guidance are at the heart of all business decision, to ensure the sufficient monitoring of all activities.

Crispin Neads
Head of Development
Crispin is responsible for driving product development and enhancing our digital affordability applications. Crispin has decades of fintech experience, delivering transformation programmes and product development through previous technology leadership roles. He’s responsible for developing our team, introducing new ways of working and recruiting new talent so we’re able to meet ambitious targets and rapidly scale-up in the future.

Alex Warner
Head of Product & Transformation
Alex is an innovative and analytical transformation head with extensive leadership and financial industry experience. She has a proven record of delivering large-scale deliverables, managing multi-million-pound benefits and investment and leading high-performing teams. She’s experienced in designing, prioritising and delivering strategic initiatives in both agile and programme delivery styles.

Becky McClory
Head of Information Security
Becky’s responsible for implementing, designing, managing and allocating all of the technology security measures across the business. She’s highly experienced in intelligence operations, information management and threat analysis. She has a proven ability of making pragmatic, strategic and tactical decisions and has successfully led teams in high-pressure environments, delivering results against difficult and often competing timelines with limited resources.

Joe Clarke
Head of Operations
Joe heads up our Operations and IT services across the business, which includes looking after system enhancements and maintenance work. He’s responsible for the delivery of key projects and people management, including employee development, recruitment and onboarding.

Chloe Butterick
Marketing & PR Manager
Chloe is an experienced PR and marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working across the financial services industry. She is responsible for delivering our strategic marketing objectives as part of targeted campaigns and initiatives, whilst also managing our brand, content and social media activity.

With a background in heavily regulated sectors – Emma has a wealth of experience in information security, risk management, compliance and governance.
