26th November 2021.
Our CEO, Susan Rann, and Development and Partnerships Director, Andrew Alder, were delighted to collect the award and have dedicated the win to everyone across the business.
Susan said: “This award is for each and every person in the team. They’ve worked their socks off to continue supporting our clients and delivering the digital solutions needed to help their customers who’ve fallen into financial difficulty. Everyone has done a sterling job and thoroughly deserve this accolade!”
The judges were impressed with our approach: “Paylink’s multichannel solution has evolved from debt advice to an end-to-end decisioning and account management product, adapting to the increased demand for self-service from customers. Brilliant work from Paylink to be leading this revolution from the front.”
Tabitha Sherwood, Product Manager from one of our clients Zopa, said: “The cloud-based digital I&E delivered by Paylink helps our customers in financial difficulty and allows us to offer them affordable solutions. The use of CRA data and Open Banking means the journey can be completed much faster, customers are offered flexibility in how they complete their budget – and agents are freed up to support more people.”
Susan continued: “I would also like to take a moment to recognise the whole team’s amazing efforts at the start of lockdown #1. Their support meant that sister company PayPlan, who won the award for business continuity on the evening, were able to work from home within just five days of being notified of lockdown.
A great night was had by all at the awards ceremony in Manchester, which was a wonderful way to celebrate everyone at Paylink Solutions’ efforts and successes during the past 12 months!
