The Power List is a round-up of the 20 most influential and innovative companies within credit and collections technology.
The annual list, compiled by Credit Connect, is based on the company’s performances in the Credit & Collections Technology Awards over the past five years. Each company is awarded points based on wins and finalist status and the list is updated after every awards announcement and shared each year as part of the annual awards review.
In 2022, we were named Best Customer Contact Technology Provider at the Collections and Customer Service Awards. The award highlighted how effectively Embark has supported agents with their income and expenditure conversations.
Along with our partners Virgin Money, we were also highly commended for the Best Technology Provider award, recognising how we had worked together to deliver a more efficient and accurate way of assisting customers in financial difficulty.
