We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been nominated for two awards at this year’s Collections & Customer Service Awards.
We’ve been shortlisted in Best Customer Contact Technology Provider and Best Technology Provider categories.
The first award we’re in the running for is our Best Customer Contact Technology Provider. Our Embark product is a digital income and expenditure (I&E) platform, used by over 25 high street banks, building societies and utilities providers across the UK, with capabilities including Open Banking, Credit Reference Agency (CRA) integration, a Self-Serve Arrangement Module, ChatBot and an Appointment Booking Module. You can see a full round-up of Embark’s features here.
The second award we’ve been shortlisted for is the Best Technology Provider – in partnership with Virgin Money (VM). VM wanted a digital affordability solution that could be used across all their consumer lending products following the coming together of VM, Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank, which created the 6th largest UK bank. The coming together resulted in multiple CRM systems being used across different products and heritage brands.
Embark provided VM with an ambitious affordability transformation programme to deliver a more efficient and accurate way of assisting customers in financial difficulty.
Susan Rann, our CEO, said: “We’re thrilled to be finalists in two very competitive categories. Our partnership with VM has allowed our clients to streamline their affordability process, align their teams and create new ways for customers to engage, all while being cost-efficient.”
The awards night, which is part of the Vulnerability Awareness Gala, takes place on 30th November in Manchester.
