We’ve had another hat trick of nominations after being shortlisted for three Credit & Collections Technology Awards!

These Awards reward technological innovation within the industry and highlight the success of companies and individuals who lead the way in enhancing credit and collections technology.

The first award we’ve been shortlisted for is Open Banking in Credit and Collections Solution. This is for the way we supported the collections market during the pandemic by providing digital solutions to help customers in financial difficulty for numerous high street lenders.

The other two awards we’re in the running for is Affordability Assessment Solution and Best Use of Credit & Collections Technology. These are for the success of the cloud-based income and expenditure (I&E) assessment we delivered to Zopa that incorporates Open Banking, digital triage, arrangement proposals and auto requests for future affordability assessments. It’s already seen great results with the number of customers in financial difficulty completing their I&E using the new digital journey significantly increase.

Our CEO, Susan Rann, said: “It’s such an honour to be nominated for three Credit & Collections Technology Awards. The huge surge in fintech caused by demand from customers and the regulator means technology companies have had to have all hands-on-deck to meet their requirements.

“The Paylink Solutions team has worked really hard over the past 12 months to develop our offering and provide transformative solutions to our clients and their customers. These nominations are testament to the whole team so I would like to congratulate them all on their efforts.”

The Credit & Collections Technology Awards are taking place on 4 November in Manchester.
